I bought this headband to wear at work because I suffer from epicondylitis and I must say that it does its job: when I wear it, the pain diminishes. It's a product I'd recommend and one that's very useful in helping to relieve the symptoms associated with tendon problems. The Velcro fastening makes it suitable for different people. Even if worn for several hours, it doesn't cause any discomfort.

I hurt my elbow and acquired a “golfer's elbow” (inside the elbow). This strap is wide enough for comfort, the foam is nice and thick and compresses perfectly to offer comfort without being too bulky. The Velcro strap is sturdy but, again, very comfortable. And... it works! I was able to work, cut wood, rake and lift without pain. In fact, I often forget I'm wearing it, but no pain. Thanks Flexifly!

I've never felt such horrible pain. Honestly, I couldn't see it helping, but I thought I'd give it a try. I'm very glad I tried it. It helped in 2 days. After the first day, I had great relief, but not 100%. After the second day of wearing this brace, I had 100% relief. So I kept wearing it to make sure it didn't come back. I wore it for 3 days, but not all day. I haven't had any problems since.

Order received 3 weeks ago. They're comfortable and have really helped reduce my tennis elbow pain. They work by shortening the “levers” that pull on the elbow, i.e. the muscles of the forearm and upper arm. Excellent invention and I could even wear them at night without any problem. I woke up without pain for once!

I bought this on good reviews. I really didn't think something so simple would work. I have elbow golfers and anyone reading this will know how painful and debilitating this condition is. I couldn't even open a door without excruciating pain. I can't take ibuprofen either. I am extremely surprised at how well this works. I recommend it.

The pain in my forearm varies from day to day. I tried a compression sleeve but it wasn't doing the job. I bought this splint and there was an immediate difference. I still have variable pain from day to day, but when I wear the brace, it relieves. I would definitely recommend it.

Recommended by my physio for tennis elbow, but I've only worn them twice because the second time the pain got worse for 5 days. This was probably due to poor posture, so I'm going to wait a while before updating my opinion. I'd like to thank Sophie in customer service for her advice and availability.

I was always a bit skeptical about them because I couldn't see how it would work. I drive a manual van for work, so I have repetitive pain in my left elbow. My mother persuaded me to try this strap. I was hesitant at first, because in my opinion, there are very few products that actually do what they claim to do. But rest assured, this is certainly one of them! The SecureFlex strap took my pain from severe to moderate in just a few hours. I wore it almost all day for several days to give my elbow the best chance to start healing. And since then, almost no pain! At last!

My Tennis Elbow came back. Although I have had acupuncture and physiotherapy in the past, I also remembered using such support bands to good effect. I am now able to work literally pain-free on my computer all day. I'm comfortable wearing the bracelets all day and only taking them off at night.
